Hi,


Introduction:

1. I have iPhone 6 (64 GB)

2. The software have already updated to 9.2.

3. The storage of iPhone 6 (53 GB has been used and 2.5 is available).

4. I have a new device iPhone 6s plus (128 GB).

5. iClude Total storage 200 GB (Available: 157 GB)


Requirement:

I would like to synchronize the data from iPhone 6 (64 GB) to iPhone 6s plus (128 GB) using the iClude.


Problem:

I cannot make backup to iPhone 6 (64 GB) for the following 2 reasons:

1. Using the iTunes is impassable because I do not have enough space in the PC.

2. iClude backup is disconnected and did not complete.

Note:

1. I have tried the troubleshooting solutions but they have been not working.

2. I hared that the problem is from the iOS 9.2.

What are the other alternative solutions?
