Missing heart rate glance icon

I have an Apple Watch sport paired to an Iphone 6 Plus. Iphone is running iOs 9.2, Apple Watch is running 2.1.

There is no Heartbeat glance icon on my glance screen. I can access my heart rate only through Activity or Runtastic.

The Glances menu shows that Heartbeat is installed; it is not on the watch face. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it from the iPhone/Apple Watch/Glances menu. Nothing change.

Although I recently upgraded software on the Watch, this problem predates the update.

All of the support articles I read simply direct me to use the Glances screen to find the icon and open it. I have no icon.

Is this a known issue?
