hello, i really need helps. i forgot my passcode so i erase iphone. i save my backup at my computer with windows xp and instead using icloud backup i used computer backup. now the problem my iphone5s using ios9.2 so the itunes said i cant. anyone knows how to get my backup back using my computer?? really need help my data all gone.

In that case, you can restore the backup once you purchase a new computer.

how ? im using my other computer with windows 8 and newest version of itunes. then i login with my appleid but there isnt any backup there. is that possible to move my backup from 1 computer to another just by login apple id with diff computer?
Windows XP or Vista users cannot install iTunes 12.2 or later and should install version 12.1.3.6 from the older versions section of this tip for iOS 9 support.
