Radio Stations Do Not Play

I am using iTunes 12.3.2.35 64bit on a PC with Windows 10. I am subscribed to Music.

None of the radio stations can be played (Ido not get any error message, it simply does not work). In addition, I cannot see My Stations on this computer. Everything works great on my other PC, iPad and iPhone.

Tried to logout and login, tried to un-install iTunes and re-install, nothing worked.
