Q: Why the heck does Album Sync to the iPhone not work anymore with the Photos.app ?

Like Apple describes in this post (Sync photos from your computer to your iOS device using iTunes - Apple Support) one could sync iPhoto Albums via iTunes with the iPhone since ages. Now with the new Photos.app this possibility is not there anymore - why - or is there another way to keep an "Photos Album" in sync with your iPhone - without iCloud access - offline when traveling ???

Thanks

    SOLUTION:

Found the Solution, the "Photos" App icon was not visible in iTunes because of a Harddisk change. To make it show up You have to go to Photos.app Settings and choose "USE AS SYSTEM PHOTO LIBRARY", the quit and restart & the new Photos icon will show up in iTunes in iPhone sync Photos tab and the sync "selected Albums" Option is back ;-)
