It seems to be a prompt to setup AirPlay. I would do this to try and cancel it out:

On your iPhone turn on WiFi and connect to the network AviBar (I assume this is your home network).

Then from the popup at the bottom of the phone screen, select Airplay and pick Apple TV, then select mirror.

This should display your phone on the Apple TV.

See if this cancels the prompt.

You can then switch Airplay back to iPhone and turn off your WiFi and see if this eliminated the prompt for good.

It seems like a bug but hopefully this will satisfy it and quit pestering you.

What generation ATV do you have? That looks like conference room display. but that's not available on the latest ATV4

Turn on Conference Room Display (Apple TV 2nd or 3rd generation)

  1. Make sure that you have Apple TV software version 6.0 or later.
  2. On your Apple TV, go to Settings > AirPlay > Conference Room Display.
  3. Select On.
  4. Follow the onscreen steps to use AirPlay. You can use this display with multiple Wi-Fi networks or Apple TVs.
