Payment method declined

I Am continually getting payment method declined with more than one card resulting in me being unable download any new apps etc😠

iPad Air, iOS 9.2

Check this support document for accepted methods of payment. Also, as you attempt to enter payment information, your card has to match the country you are located in, and your account information for the card has to match the information in the Apple ID. That also has to match your credit card address and name exactly. If you continue to receive that the payment method is declined, then contact the bank or financial institution that issued the card to check.
