Cant get amazon notifications, working on my iPhone.
Amazon app says turn on notifications for Amazon in settings, but Amazon app is not even listed? Can anyone help?
Hmmmm. I have the Amazon app on my iPhone. The Amazon app does show up on my iPhone in the notification settings. One thing that I realized in your images is you have no notification settings checked off (image 1) Such as "Your Account". Try switching one of those on.
Delete the app and reinstall.
Thanks both, I have indeed already tried the delete and the reinstall option, no luck.
LRC, the issue is trying to tick these boxes - it won't let me check anything , all that happens is that pop up in image 1.
Are you running the latest iOS?

For anyone else still having this problem, in the Amazon app tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top left of the app, then tap Notifications. It will ask you to accept notifications. Accept that and it will turn on the notifications for you. If it does not ask you this, delete the app and reinstall and try again. Worked for me! 🙂
