printing multiple sheets?

I have a numbers spreadsheet with 5 sheets in it, is it possible to print sheets 2 and 3 at the same time, as opposed to printing sheet 2 then printing sheet 3. I want sheets 2 and 3 to be printed double sided on one sheet of paper

Hi lupeygolf,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! I'm sure we can help you out with this question. If I'm understanding what you are looking to do correctly, you should be able to use the print range option (From: 2 to 3), along with the Two-Sided option (assuming your printer supports it) to print just page 2 and 3 of the document on a single sheet. You may find the information on these and other print options outlined in the following article helpful:

Hi lupeygolf,

I don't seem to have the print range option just either print 'this sheet' or 'all sheets'.

Select 'All Sheets' then click on Print...

In the Print Dialogue, enter From: 2 and to: 3

Now print.

Sorry I can't test the actual printing. My printer is out of ink 😐.

Ian.
