Scam. Do not respond to it in any way. Force quit Safari. Hold the shift and relaunch it.

As Kurt says, this is a well known scam. There's nothing wrong with your Mac and there are no known viruses that affect Macs.
EDIT: You don't have any anti-virus software installed do you?
