Macbook Pro Retina FaceTime Camera out of alignment/off-center?

I recently had the screen of my Macbook Pro Retina (13-inch, late 2013) replaced as part of an Apple Quality Program due to the anti-reflecting coating wearing away. However, since the repair was completed, I've noticed that the FaceTime camera is out of alignment and/or off-center. In other words, I have to shift the computer significantly for my face to be centered on the screen. This problem exists regardless of which app I'm using (Photo Booth, Skype, FaceTime, etc.).

Does anyone have experience with this issue and how to correct it? Thanks in advance.

I have never experienced the specific problem you report.

Contact the Apple Service Provider who worked on your Mac ASAP. Explain the issue and make an appointment for the replaced parts to be checked and adjusted if necessary.

Be sure to backup your Mac and deauthorize iTunes before tendering it for this next service visit.

When you pick your Mac up after any necessary work is completed, ask the Service Provider to demonstrate the camera so you know that it is working before you take it home again.

Thanks for the status update.

I'm sure you're not.

Because your Mac was mailed to you, you could not verify the fix before taking your Mac home after it was serviced.

Make an appointment and take your Mac in again. Your Apple Store can help you decide the next stepafter they see how your Mac works now. Certainly, Apple wants you to be happy with your Mac.

We'll watch for your next progress report. Hopefully you'll be able to tell us how they finally resolved the issue.

Given the construction of the now sealed/one-piece screens, any mechanical misalignment will require replacing the whole part. Easy enough, once the bottom plate is removed just a question of 3-4 connectors and 4 screws, maybe a bit more if stuff needs to be moved aside to get to said connectors and screws. However, I doubt a Store will have the tools & authorized techs that can do the deed, so be prepared to hand it in and be left without for another spell.

Update - I took my MBP back in to the Apple Store to have the camera alignment checked. The entire screen was again replaced (after I was without the computer for about 5 days) and the computer was mailed back to me. However, the problem persists. The camera is STILL out of alignment/off-center.

Apple wants me to send the computer back in for yet another service. UGH! This stinks. At this point, I'd prefer that they replace the entire MBP.

Also, I checked the FaceTime camera on my girlfriend's Macbook Air and it's perfectly aligned, so I know I'm not crazy!
