Dec 30, 2015 11:24 AM in response to Toby'sby Ingo2711,Did you already force restart the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data, but it can cure some glitches.
Did you restart your router as well?

I tried the force restart but still no joy!!! i did notice that when i click on the ! next to the wifi id i do not have any Router,DNS,Search Domain, client ID?? but do have IP address and subnet mask numbers. On my other phone which connects i have number for all the above except for client id. I tried to type in the same but it will only let me type in a DNS number???
