Live Photo is picking the worst frame - can I manually pick a better one?

I thought the point of the Live Photo on the iPhone 6S was to pick the best moment out of the series of frames (when everyone's eyes are open/they're smiling etc.) but my iPhone seems to always pick the moment where it's blurry or someone looks away and I can't get it to freeze on the moment where it was actually a good picture! Can I manually go in and pick the better frame since the automatic choice is not a good photo?
