Forgotten passcode

Forgotten passcode

My phone got stolen and the police recovered my phone, the person has changed my passcode, i have tried restoring on itunes, icloud and by restarting my phone but it comes up with error1934.

Any suggestions

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2

See here :If you see Error 3194, Error 17, or 'This device isn't eligible for the requested build' in iTunes - Apple Support

Make sure iTunes is up to date.
