Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
I see you have multiple Apple IDs, iTunes Store IDs and iCloud users and wish to be able to access the same content on all your devices. I would suggest taking a look at Family Sharing, with that you can share content across multiple Apple IDs and their related iCloud an iTunes Store accounts. The alternative would be to use just one account and ignore the rest, but that would preclude sharing content between them. Here are several articles that explain Family Sharing and how to set it up.

If you indeed have only one Apple ID, that is already in use by your iTunes account and iCloud user. All you should need to do is sign both of your phones into the same iTunes and iCloud accounts.
