Q: Can't screen share a "Back to My Mac Computer" because its display has gone to sleep.

Has anyone noticed that if the computer you are trying to screen share no longer shows up on the computer you are currently on because the display has gone to sleep? I recently noticed that I couldn't screen share my computer at work, which is a iMac 27" Retina from home. When I would ask someone at work to restart it, I would notice that the computer would show up on my MacBook Pro as soon as an employee went to log into my work computer. Tonight before I left work, I turned of the screen sleep and I could access it hours after I left work. Just to be clear, I did not have the computer set to sleep, just the screen. I have restarted both computers many times and also turned off/on the Back to My Mac feature and both are running the most current version of OS X. I could just always leave my work computer on and lock it with the screensaver, but it bothers me that I have to do that now when it isn't how it is supposed to work!
