Q: Itunes not working

Hey guys and girls

 

So I just tried to go onto iTunes on my Mac and it is not letting me connect. Is anyone else having this issue??

I was just using iTunes 2 days ago and it worked perfectly fine; I also tried it on my iPhone and that also works.

Feeling frustrated as I really want to watch some TV Shows.

    It seems you are unable to connect to iTunes, even though you were able to connect a few days ago. The following Knowledge Base article offers up some great steps for troubleshooting:

     

    If you can’t connect to the iTunes Store

     

    Before you begin

    1. Make sure that you can access the Internet on your computer or device.
    2. Make sure that your computer meets the iTunes minimum system requirements.
    3. Make sure that your operating system is up to date.
      Mac: From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen, choose Apple () > Software Update to see if updates are available for your computer.
      Windows: Go to Microsoft's Windows Update webpage.

    On your Mac or PC

    If you can't connect to the iTunes Store on your computer, a software conflict or your Internet service provider (ISP) might be blocking your access. The steps below might help you fix the issue.

    Mac

    If there's still an issue after you try the steps above, contact your Internet service provider and confirm that these ports and servers are turned on for your network.
