Whats App Issue

Hi Team, I have problem while using Whats app from my iPhone 6 only in one wifi network . I can use whats app over any other network with out any issue . I tried to reset network settings, reset my iPhone 6 ,no luck . Any other users can use whats from that network except me. Pleas help me to sort out this issue .
