Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! I'm sorry to hear you are having these issues with AirDrop. If you are having issues using AirDrop between your Mac and your iPhone, you may want to double-check that both devices meet the AirDrop requirements, are configured correctly, and that you are following the outlined process as noted in the following articles (apologies if you have already seen them):
Share content with AirDrop from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Use AirDrop to send content from your Mac - Apple Support
Also, I'm a bit unclear on exactly what you are attempting to do, but note that unless you are trying to use your iPhone as a data connection for your Mac, you should not need to pair the two devices via Bluetooth. Active (but un-paired) Bluetooth on both devices is necessary for AirDrop, however.
Regards
