Hi
Trying to change my incoming mail server on iMac, the option to do this is greyed out. When I go to advanced settings the 'Automatically detect and maintain settings' is greyed out too.
I have 3 email accounts, two of which are greyed out (from same server) the 3rd I can change (different server)
Any help would be appreciated.

What kind of accounts are these—IMAP, POP, Exchange?
They're all IMAP but the account which is selectable is a different server than the two that aren't.
Also I have noticed my outgoing server password which changed a few days ago, won't save in the edit SMTP list. It just reverts to the old one all the time.
On my iPhone's it works fine.

Please make a note of the settings in the Internet Accounts preference pane, then delete the account and recreate it with the new settings. The messages should resynchronize from the server automatically.
