if someone downloads music on their phone with my apple id, how can i view the music on my phone?

someone I know gave me a code that lets you download the Justin Bieber album for free. It didn't work here because it would only work in the states not Canada. She said when she got back to the states, she would sign out of her apple id and onto mine to download the album. She said it downloaded so I need to be able to see the album on my phone. How?
