Restauré mi dispositivo a datos de fábrica, estaba configurándolo y en el paso de Activación me pide los datos de un Apple ID que jamás he visto.

Me lo dio otra persona, pero ésta me dio los datos de su Apple ID, ingresé los datos y me aparece que esta cuenta no puede ser usada para activar el iPhone.

La persona que me dio el teléfono me dio sus datos de su Apple ID, ingresé a iCloud e intenté remover "Find my Phone" pero aparece que no hay dispositivos asociados a la cuenta 😟

¿Sólo puedo contactar al servicio técnico de Apple mediante una llamada telefónica? ¿No hay posibilidad de contactarlos mediante chat o algún otro método?
