Loss of registration key after restart

Hello everyone,

My problem is with Mac Pro 2014 under Yosemite : When I reboot my Mac, at least one application (Video Converter from iSkysoft ) lost its registration data and start into "try it" mode and I have to re-enter my license registration data. They will "hold" at loading video converter as I will not have rebooted my Mac.

The support iSkysoft was incompetent by proposing only to me successives installations of the software without any result ...

A possible inspiration of solution could be : I have got a problem of impossibility of recording a software and the specific developer support led me to delete the keychain "session" and recreate it to solve the default ...

Can we safely other than to re-enter the permissisons remove this keychain?

Checking keychains with "SOS keychain" says all is OK...

Thank you in advance for your assistance

Mac Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.1)

Hi!

My real question is : Do a keychain corruption explain I loss this software registration every time I restart this Mac and if yes, may I reset session keychain (if it can be the culprit) without other danger ?

For the story, I have an other Mac (A 2012 MacBook Pro 17") with same application (Video Converter) which never loss registration for this app after MacBook restart...
