Q: just bought iPod touch, downloaded trying to download music from my cloud acct. iPod seems to be stalled and states it is downloading 7000 songs for two days, yet not a single song has downloaded. download wheels are spinning but none have completed.

Just received New iPod touch for xmas. I store all my music to the cloud. updated iPod operating system to newest and the started to download music on xmas day thru wifi. I have about 11,000 songs it has downloaded 5626 songs and then seems to have stopped, download wheel is still spinning but no progress? Any Ideas?

    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

    Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

    - Power off and then back on your router

    .- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

    - Restore from backup. See:

    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
