If you are using the photos app, iCloud photo library is not supported (only photo stream and shared albums)

You can see them ALL if you go through the computers app rather than the photo app. Or as the other post notes, to get them into the photos app you have to directly "share" the album...

I know how to create a album from my desktop in the icloud but how do I share that album so it is visible to apple TV?
