Q: Lost balance on card after computer trouble.  Same card re submit no good. What next?

How do I regain balance on card after computer crash. Can't seem to get it back. Thanks

    It should not be affected at all by changing computers or anything else.  It is tied to the account, not the device.

    If you are and you still don't see your balance, then contact iTunes support.
