Q: If I bought a game and it will not play properly on my MacBook Pro is there any recourse for a refund?

I have a Macbook Pro and I am currently using version 10.11.02 as my system ( El Capitan). I recently bought Sid Meiers Starships. The game loads but It will not allow me to move. I have paid for a game I cannot play. How do I get a refund?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2010), OS X Mavericks (10.9)
