Q: What device can I use/buy to always have high speed internet on my MacBook Pro when I travel through countries across the world, through mountain ranges, and on boats?

I'm a "digital nomad" and travel as a lifestyle with a remote, full-time job, so always need to have access to reliable internet around the world. I spend the majority of my day on video calls and also have an iPhone I want to connect to wifi. What device can I buy to always have internet? I don't currently have a consistent home, so no TV plan, no internet other than that from hotels and cafés, and just a simple phone plan in the USA.
