Dec 31, 2015 12:40 PM in response to ddurbin51by Malcolm J. Rayfield,Apple Pay is disabled when the watch is not on your wrist. If you removed the watch from iCloud, you disabled activation lock, so now anybody can use the watch.

You should have left iCloud on no one could have used Watch if it was still tied to your Apple ID
But now anyone with an iPhone can set up and use Watch.

I'm afraid there is no way to find or recover your watch via any Apple service.
The watch does not have built-in GPS features, so cannot be physically tracked or located in the same way as, for example, an iPhone (via Find my iPhone). This applies regardless of whether Activation Lock is turned on or off.
It is not possible to remotely erase your watch and there is no other Apple service that can find, track or otherwise flag your watch for you.
