Iphone Disabled

My iphone 5 is password locked and everytime i attempt to use Itunes to unlock it, it says an unknown error occured (0xE8000007) what do I do now? Someone please help 😟

Assuming you are referring to a passcode lock and not the activation lock. iTunes will not remove an activation (password/Apple ID) lock.

What version number of iTunes are you running?

You need to be running iTunes 12.3.x or better to communicate with iOS 9.x
