Q: No network connection

I bought the newest Apple TV3 to replace my old Apple TV2.  I use the same HDMI cord and it is connected to the same HDMI input on my Sharp Aquios TV.  We are located in Japan were we have the fastest internet (I think) in the world.  Since setting up the Apple TV3, the internet connection goes out every 30 seconds.  If I am in the middle of a show, it will not pause the show; however the notification will appear "No network connection".  If often causes blackouts with my all my apps such as Hulu and Netflix.  This issue happened previously with on of my other Apple TV2; however, we were not able to replace it because it was too old. 

 

No sure what to do as we have tried restarting and reconnecting the router and the Apple TV. All my other Apple devices and other Apple TVs that are connected to the internet works great.  I don't want to go through the same trouble I had before.  Please help!
