Q: Hi to turn on mirroring in airplay

I'm trying to use AirPlay with a 3p projector but my AirPlay dialog box does not show a "mirroring" radio selection button

 

I'm using an iPad Air 2 with latest updates

 

the the projector is a UO Smart Beam laser projecter

    Thanks for logging in on this. I have solved the problem.

     

    The iOS devices are connected by wifi - wifi from the projector device - the problem was that the firmware on the device was outdated. Don't you love it when you open a brand new box and the firmware is already two version old and there was no particular warning to check it and update it (in this case a process that was very arcane and took forever).

     

    Now that it's running, it's very cool, however - a 2.5x2.5" cube that projects an 8' image from 6' on a battery that lasts for 2 hours (long enough to bore all of my friends).

     

    Anyhow...thanks for the effort - sorry I took this long to reply as the email somehow went to junk first.
