Received this brand new ipod Touch 6th gen today.. Purchased it on ebay. It came sealed in Apple container. Ear pod attachment to device doesn't fit snugly into the portal.
Is this a known defect with a remedy?
iPod touch, iOS 8.4, Brand new.
