My ipod connects to my PC then disconnect, and then it reconnects again. It happens repeatedly every seconds and I don't know when it will stops.

My ipod touch can connect to PC, but disconnected afterwards, then reconnected again over and over rapidly. Sometimes, it can connect to PC without disconnect it but it just lasts for 2-3 minutes.

I've tried to connect my iPhone and iPod on my old PC (windows 7) and works as usual, but when i tried on my new PC (windows 10) that problem will occurs. I have installed the latest version of itunes on my new PC, and i have updated the newest iOS in my iPod.

iPod touch (5th generation), iOS 9.2

Check your security software

Errors: 2, 4, 6, 9, 1611, 9006.

Sometimes security software can stop your device from communicating with either the Apple update server or with your device.

Check your security software and settings to make sure that they aren't blocking a connection to the Apple servers.

If you still see the error message, check for USB connection issues.

Also try another cable and see if this happens when you connect to another computer
