Please help (iCloud photo library)

Hi.

So, i put all my images to icloud just in case something happens. And now im regretting it alot that i didnt use dropbox.

There were alot of issues (loading many times, couldnt open/edit..) so after few days i deleted icloud photo library from my iphone. It said before deleting that its

updating something but becuase it already was like that for few hours i deleted. Well, half of my photos deleted. I'm panicing. I want and need them back.

Anyways, luckily they are still on icloud (all my pics, even those which wasnt deleted). Heres simply what i want: Get deleted pics (only them) from icloud as they were (resolution) and no more being synced with icloud photo library. I have fought with icloud already earlier and just want to make it stop.

Help is very needed. iPhone 4s, iOS8,1, pc laptop with icloud installed
