Q: iPad pro showing 3 updates waiting but nothing downloads
can any one please tell me why my new iPad Pro shows there are 3 updates to install, but nothing shows downloading or waiting to download. My connection to the Internet is working fine.

From your question, it sounds like you see a badge on the App Store showing three app updates available, but when opened you do not seen any apps that need updating. If this is correct, there are a couple of different troubleshooting steps that I would recommend.
First, close the App Store completely by using the instructions in the following article.

After the App Store has been closed, restart your iPhone.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
After your iPhone has finished restarting, do you still see the badge notifying you that you have updates available? If so, are there any updates available when you open the App Store?
