El Capitan prevents Adobe Bridge from seeing camera

I updated my iMac to El Capitan five days ago. Today I tried to upload pictures from my camera to my mac as I have done for years but Adobe Bridge does not detect either of my Canon cameras. Instead Photos window keeps popping up as I connect the camera wit USB wire. From the Photos popping up I know that the camera is properly attached to the computer. When can I expect an update to El Capitan to fix the problem?

On Adobe site I found several reports of the same problem.

My cameras did not change, Adobe Bridge dit not change but the operating system on my mac was updated.

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.2)

It is the responsibility of Adobe to keep their products compatible with OS X, not Apple's responsibility to arrest product development while waiting on fixes from Adobe (that may never arrive). Adobe has the same information that all OS X vendors receive, and chose not to update the older Bridge product for compatibility. They would rather lay the blame at Apple's feet, and hope that your frustration will culminate in subscription-ware.

The problem is that the people that develop software at Adobe do not talk to each other.

Adobe Bridge does not recognize my Canon or my Nikon. However, Adobe Lightroom

will connect and download images all day long!!!

So, who has the problem? Obvious Adobe with their total lack of internal communication!

Also, only the CC products are being supported. So, if you have CS6 or earlier you are left

out in the cold.
