It's been 11 weeks since your last backup....

I Am one of the many that cannot backup my iPad Air after downloading iOS 9.... I have deleted all other backups and tried it several times to backup... I do not have another computer to backup my pictures, music, etc... I want to try to do a network reset but I also do not want to lose anything on my iPad.... Any help?
