How to simply share my wifi to other devices such as Android phones?
Complain after Trials and Researches:
Since WiFi to WiFi sharing option is unavailable on Mac (whereas I can easily use "Connectify" to set up a virtual WiFi)
many people since to be asking this option on Mac, I wonder when I can get that kind of update (this is a year of 2016, and my MacBook Air OS is El Capitan).
I gave up trying the bootcamp, why? (here is why below)
1. There is a huge error when installing Windows, which Apple or whoever forgot to sign something which cause [AppleSSD.sys] error.
2. Ok great, I solved the AppleSSD.sys problem, but when got into Windows..The bootcamp won't install (it was missing package or something).
3. Since the bootcamp cannot be installed on Windows, many drivers are not working, one of them is Wireless Connection which was the only reason I need to use the "connectify".
Many people saying that Mac cant share from WiFi to Wifi, only from Wifi-Thunderbolt,Wifi-Ethernet, Wifi-bluetooth, vice versa.
I have an android phone, I tried bluetooth PAN, but what I got is disappointing.
The Bluetooth is perfectly set up, connected, Internet sharing option checked, everything checked, also on Android phone's bluetooth setting, everything are checked, including the "use this connection for internet" option.
Question:
My question now, how to fix the bluetooth PAN, so I can use my Macbook air to pass that "far away" wifi for my Android phone(which has low capability to receive "the faraway wifi")?
