I can't backup my iPhone6s to the cloud

I have new iPhone 6S and I tried to backup it to iCloud but I keep getting an error message saying- process could not be finished.

The phone was connected to the charger, Wifi and locked. I also paid for the 50Gb cloud so it's not memory problem...

I also can't delete the old backup (from my iPhone 5) from the cloud (I tried deleting it from my macbook...)


can you help?
