iphone 6 unresponsive screen in airplane mode

Hello,

I had my phone in airplane mode when the screen suddenly became unresponsive to touch during FaceTime. I did a hard reset and WiFi was turned off after this., so now my piPhone 6 is stuck in airplane mode with an unresponsive screen! I am so upset about this because my mother recently passed away and all the photos of her last moments are on there. I have no recent backup unfortunately (stupid I know). I have tried everything to get the screen to work, and even took it to a repair shop where two screens were tested; but sell the same problem. How can I get to my photos without having to restore the phone? I can't press the trust button when using recovery software. Please someone help!!!
