Since we have no idea which Mac or which version of OS X you have, try this (if you haven't already): boot with Cmd+R down at the chime. You'll be booting into Recovery. One of the options should be to reinstall OS X.
1. Please make sure that your network connection satisfies the requirements for Recovery or Internet Recovery, depending on which you're trying to use. If possible, connect to the router with Ethernet.
2. Restart the computer and try again.
3. Connect to a different network, if possible.
4. Wait a few hours and try again.
5. Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store.
I already did the CMD + R reboot, when i chose the 'reinstall' it gives the error message.
Its a new IMAC 27 inch, had alot of software issues and followed the guide on the apple site.
Deleted the HD at Disk utility and when i want to reinstall the OS X it gives the message: could not find installation information for this machine'
Have made a bootable USB with El capitan installer but i doesn't recognise/find it.
I have no clue how to solve this!
EDIT: also have a stable internet connect and tried WIFI and cable on 2 different locations

When you say you deleted the HD, do you mean you deleted the partition that OS X was on or that you just erased it?
And when you boot with the Option key down, you're saying the USB drive doesn't appear?

jep, when i boot with the option key i only see 'internet recovery'
And in Internet Recovery, you get that error message? When you open Disk Utility in Internet Recovery, do you see a partition on your HD? If not, create one new partition, with a GUID Partition Table and format the partition Mac OS Extended (Journaled).

Jes when i use Internet Recovery i get that message, i already made a partition on GUID with MAC OS Extrended journaled, still getting the same error
When you open Disk Utility in Internet Recovery, does the USB Flash drive appear when it's plugged in? And does it appear if you boot with the Option key down?
