My iPhone 6 doesn't have FaceTime. How do I install it?

Where was the phone purchased? What is the model number from: Settings - General - About - Model = ???

If your iPhone's model number has AB or AE just before the slash, it won't have FaceTime in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, or any country outside the Middle East; within that region, it depends on the installed SIM card. Otherwise, check the device's restrictions.

See the first sentence of what I wrote above. That iPhone won’t have FaceTime with an UK sim inside; the UK isn’t in the Middle East.

As was said by Neil back in January if it has AE it cannot have Facetime. Its government restriction for the country it was meant to be sold in. The restriction cannot be removed.
