    Hi

    This is an intentional visual effect that is designed to echo the content of the underlying screen.

    To disable it, on your iPhone in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > General > Accessibility - turn on / enable "Reduce Transparency".

    If you do not disable it, the effect will continue to appear only when viewing certain screens that slide over the top of others, for example:

    - When opening Notification Centre by swiping down when viewing the watch face screen;

    - When opening Glances by swiping up when viewing the watch face screen.
