Standing Ring not updating or sending reminders

I recently replaced my other watch with another color and the first watch updated nicely and now this second one does not update or even send reminders. I have reset (hard) the watch multiple times and made sure that the wrist detection, fitness tracker, and all necessary detections are turned on. I have also calibrated this new watch several times with no help. The exercise and move rings work well but nothing for the past three days (since I have gotten the watch) has updated for stand. I have also unpaired the watch twice hoping it would update and nothing...starting to think this is a defective product. Please help!

Hi - try these steps:

On your iPhone in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > General > Wrist Detection - check that this is turned on (perhaps also toggle it off and on).

On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > Privacy > Motion & Fitness - turn Fitness Tracking off (or on, if it is currently turned off).

Restart both devices by turning both off together first, then restarting your iPhone before restarting your watch:

- To turn your watch off: press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider; drag it to turn off. To turn it back on: press and hold the side button until you see the logo.

If you turned Fitness Tracking off in step 2, now return to the setting and re-enable it.
