Can’t Upload Photos from IPhoto or make Prints

Reading through the other questions, it seems that there may just be a problem with IPhoto this week. I can no longer upload photos from my library to other platforms. In addition every time I try to create a poster in the store, the picture won’t upload, and then a get a message saying that the store is currently down for updates. I have been seeing this message for the last few days. It seems like I am not the only one having problems with IPhoto this week, but assistance with this problem would be helpful.
