Q: How to put parental controls on teen's iPhone6s

I need to put some parental controls on my teen's iPhone6s. For the following:

1. Limiting access to our credit card, which she needed to set up the phone.

2. Enabling Find My iPhone (I have an iPhone6). Also, any other locater options?

3. Any other useful controls for iPhone that help a parent figure out where their teen (who has a habit of sneaking out) is and/or was.

Thanks, I will check this out. I haven't turned on family sharing because I understand that then any docs, music etc., the kids download/upload will appear on my iPhone. Is that true?

I don't get my children's purchases from family sharing. I have automatic downloads turned off, but I'm not sure that's necessary. By default, when you turn on family sharing for a 16 year old, they do not need you to approve purchases. You might want to change that setting: Request and make purchases with Ask to Buy - Apple Support

Only if you download them. They don't just show up.

You "can" share purchases, you don't "have" to.

Download content from family members
After you join a family, you can see and download items from each family member’s purchase history, and enjoy them on your own devices. You can download music, movies, TV shows, and books on up to 10 of your devices, five of which can be computers. You can download apps to any devices that you own or control.
Use these steps to see and download your family member's content.
