You may find that you need to unpair your Bluetooth device from your iPhone (or any other device that it may already be paired with) before you can pair it with your watch. If it is already paired with your iPhone:

    • On your iPhone go to: Settings > Bluetooth.
    • Find the device in the list, then tap on Forget this Device.

To pair Bluetooth headphones or another Bluetooth device with your Apple Watch:

    • Put your Bluetooth device into discovery / pairing mode (follow the instructions as provided by the device manufacturer).
    • On your watch, go to the Home screen (via a single press on the Digital Crown) > tap on Settings (cog icon) > Bluetooth.
    • Your watch will now search for Bluetooth accessories that are in discovery / pairing mode.
    • Choose your Bluetooth device when it is shown.
    • If asked, enter a passkey or PIN.

What are you trying to pair with the watch? You can pair Bluetooth headphones or speakers, after putting them into discovery/pairing mode.

It may help to restart or, if that doesn't help, to force restart - your watch:

    - Restart: press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider; drag it to turn off; press and hold the side button until you see the logo.

    - Force restart: press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for around 10 seconds, until you see the logo.

Also try pairing again after first moving both your watch and the headphones some distance away from any other active Bluetooth wireless devices that may already be operating nearby.

Thanks for your help but it seems that none of those options are currently working on my watch, it is so weird, because if it turn off wifi on my iPhone the watch communicates and transfer data from each other, so the bluetooth is working but is not showing devices to pair. I really can't understand it.
