Q: Turning on iMessage

I have an iPhone 6 with the most recent iOS update.

I turned off my iMessage because I did not have Wifi and did not want to use my data, and now I am trying to turn iMessage back on. It continues to tell me to turn on my data, even though my data is already on. (I know it is working because my other apps work).

I have reset my network settings and continuing to have the same problem. Any more ideas?

Howdy avred11,

I understand you are having difficulty reactivating iMessages on your iPhone, getting an error when you try to do so. Is that correct?

I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article - If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime.
