I have an iMac with El Capitan that was upgraded from Mavericks ...
I also have a bootable Disc on key with Mavericks version (Made when Mavericks was installed ) .
1. Do I need to make a new Bootable usb disc ? ( Or Mavericks version is compatible with El Capitan ?)
2. If not , Is there a simple way to make a bootable usb on a fresh USB disc ?

Not quite understanding what you are trying to do.
If you want to re-install Mavericks, you can use the same installer. If you want a USB installer for El Capitan, then you'll need to make a new one using the El Capitan installer app.

OS X El Capitan is the installer app. When it downloads you should see the "Install OS X El Capitan.app" in your Applications folder.

It says OS X El Capitan. It's called xxx installer after dowloaded. When used for intalling directly, it gets auto-erased.

First, a question - is "MyVolume" really the name of your destination drive? It is just the "example" in the Apple guide. You need to change that to the real name of your drive/usb flash drive, etc.

YES , It is the real destination drive name , As it was simple for me to use Apple's "example" name so I could use the exact Terminal Line as describe in the example ..
OK, so I think your downloaded Installer is corrupted. Try deleting it and re-download.
(Just to be sure - the Installer is in your Applications folder isn't it?)
